Schedule meeting at least a week in advance. Please don’t show up to Appareo unannounced.

Appareo is a technology designer and manufacturer. It is expected that a supplier of technologies to want to meet with engineering stakeholders. Keep in mind that the relationship is a business relationship. It is considered poor form for a supplier to meeting with engineering without contacting Appareo’s purchasing team.

If a supplier has a broad offering of components and services, it may be best to schedule a seminar (lunch-n-learn or something similar) to maximize exposure to Appareo’s supplier selection stakeholders.

When submitting quotation to Appareo, the primary contact is purchasing. The technical stakeholder can be cc’d on quote. Send all quotations to Appareo Purchasing: [email protected].
