A recorder that stops capturing goes unnoticed until the data is needed. Confirming camera function has meant sending a technician to each aircraft.
Health Check replaces those trips. After power-down, each cellular-activated AIRS-400 uploads a short status package to EnVision, and the dashboard shows which recorders are ready for the next flight and which need attention.

- Five-second compressed video and audio clip from the last 24 hours, if a flight occurred
- Built In Test codes, shown with clear color coding
- Camera health status, rolled into fleet totals on the dashboard
How it Works
FRom Shutdown to Status Report
No crew action is required. The upload starts on its own once the aircraft powers down in cellular coverage.
