Appareo EnVision
FlightReplay
Interactive 3D flight playback, built into EnVision
Replay a full flight path, jump straight to flagged exceedances, and graph recorded parameters in any browser, with no separate analysis software.

Flight Review, in One Browser Window
Post-flight review has historically been split across tools. Operators pulled exceedances and reports from EnVision, then opened a separate desktop application to see where in the flight those exceedances occurred.
FlightReplay consolidates that work. The 3D window, event list, and parameter graphs all sit inside EnVision, and each flight is ready to replay as soon as its data uploads.
"We gave our engineers a forward-looking question: if you designed flight review from scratch, what would it look like? FlightReplay was their answer, and it sets the direction for how EnVision develops from here."

Built for Faster, Clearer Debriefs

One Tool, No Processing Wait
The 3D window, event list, and graphs live inside EnVision, so review needs no second application. Flights are ready to replay as soon as data uploads, with no manual processing step.

Exceedances in Context
Every exceedance is flagged on the 3D flight path and the synced graphs. Safety officers jump to the moment a limit was crossed and see position, altitude, and attitude at that point.

Open From Any Location
Status
FlightReplay runs in the browser, so a flight instructor, check airman, or safety officer can open the same flight from anywhere. No more gathering around one computer with analysis software installed.

Operator-Set Thresholds
Adjustable playback controls and custom graphing sit alongside the 3D window. Operators set exceedance thresholds in EnVision based on their flight operations, aircraft type, and contract requirements.
Data Sources
Three Ways Data Reaches EnVision
Whichever path an operation uses, flights appear in FlightReplay as soon as the upload completes.
01
Cellular Upload
A cellular-activated AIRS-400 uploads automatically when the aircraft powers down in coverage.
02
Internet Upload
Flights transfer from the Playback Utility media player on a desktop or laptop.
03
SD Card
A pulled SD card from the recorder brings flight data into EnVision.
